Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 1/2 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Yellow Food Color

- 1 1/2 cups seltzer water
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and sea salt in large bowl. Place Mustard, water, food color and beer in separate medium bowl; mix gently until well blended.
- 2 ADD mustard mixture to bowl with flour mixture. Stir, using a large fork, just until combined. (Do not over-mix—batter will be slightly lumpy.) Pour batter into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Brush top of batter evenly with oil.
- 3 BAKE 30 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425°F. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
