  • Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 2 minutes or until softened.

  • Stir in Rice Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in green beans and mushrooms. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Sprinkle with almonds, if desired.
