This easy to make, one-skillet meal is an ideal weeknight favorite for moms. In as little as 35 minutes, this speedy and tasty chicken, Zatarain’s Yellow Rice and cranberry dish is sure to delight the family at dinnertime.
Sprinkle chicken with Creole Seasoning. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from skillet; keep warm
Stir water, Rice Mix, cranberries, celery and onion into skillet. Bring to boil. Place chicken over rice mixture. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed and rice is tender
Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes
Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds, if desired.
