Lemon Pepper Fish Fri is the secret to authentic Southern-style fried fish. Our seasoned breading mix features corn flour, real lemon juice, red pepper, garlic and onion. To prepare, simply roll or shake fish in the seafood breading, then cook in the deep fryer, skillet or oven until golden brown on the outside and flaky in the middle. Dust the fish with the breading or moisten first in a milk-and-egg mixture for a heartier crust.
