You Will Need
1 pkg. McCormick® Caribbean Citrus Seafood Marinade Mix
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 lbs. seafood such as large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tilapia, cod or salmon
MIX Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar in small bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place seafood in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
MARINATE in refrigerator 15 min. or longer for extra flavor. Remove seafood from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
GRILL or BROIL shrimp 2 to 3 min. per side. Cook fish 8 to 12 min. per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush with reserved marinade halfway through cooking time. Discard any remaining marinade.
Makes 2/3 cup marinade.
