YOU WILL NEED
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
1 cup sour cream
1. STIR sour cream and Seasoning Mix in small bowl until well blended. Cover.
2. REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Stir before serving. Serve with chips, crackers or fresh vegetables.

Hot Mediterranean Dip: Mix 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup each crumbled feta cheese and chopped black olives, Seasoning Mix and 1/2 tsp. McCormick Oregano Leaves. Spoon into lightly greased pie plate. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 20 minutes or until heated through. Makes 3 cups.
Vegetable Cream Cheese: Beat 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, Seasoning Mix and 1 tbsp. milk until well blended and smooth. Serve with bagels. Or use as a spread in tortilla wraps. Makes 1 cup.
Oven Roasted Vegetables: Toss 6 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, Seasoning Mix and 1 tbsp. oil in large bowl. Spread in single layer on foil-lined large baking pan. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
