Makes a very good French dip! My husband loved this one. He said it was very similar to the Beef Eater sandwiches at Jason's Deli, and the au jus was very good. It was easy to put together. We shredded the beef and served it on hoagie rolls. However, it is hard to find, and I had Publix order it. I hope it will come in as I would like to make this again.
