Mole Poblano is an authentic Mexican sauce made of ground chiles, spices and chocolate served over meat. It is the best known of all mole varieties. Mole Poblano originated in the state of Puebla in Mexico.
Spices (Including Ancho Chili Pepper, Paprika, Black Pepper), Bleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Brown Sugar, Yeast Extract, Silicon Dioxide & Calcium Silicate (As Anticaking Agent), Chicken Fat, Caramel Color, Chicken Broth, And Natural Flavor.
1 tbsp. (8g) Seasons 1/4 cup sauce
It is typically used over cooked chicken parts and garnished with sesame seeds, and served with rice and corn tortillas. Mole can also be served in enchiladas.

This one is awesome. Our Stater Bros. market (Apple Valley, CA) had it one week and then it was gone the next. I wish they'd bring it back.

I love mole, and when I seen it in the grocery store I was skeptical. I have tried mole in restaurants all over the world. I tripled the peanut butter quantity called for, cooked it in a crock pot all day, and THIS IS THE BEST MOLE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
