Chicken Rollatini: Mix 1/2 cup each chopped tomatoes and shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 tsp. McCormick Basil Leaves. Divide tomato mixture evenly in center of each piece of chicken. Roll up chicken; brush with oil. Coat with Seasoning Mix. Place chicken rolls, seam-side down, in foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with warmed spaghetti sauce. Makes 4 servings.
