The product is made from the stalk and leaf portions of freshly harvested head celery which has been washed, trimmed, diced (3/16" x 3/4"), and dried.

• Stir 2 to 3 tbsp. Celery Flakes into 4 cups of your favorite recipe for chicken, turkey or vegetable soup.
• When preparing stuffing, use 2 tbsp. Celery Flakes for every 3 cups of bread cubes.
• Use in barbecue, spaghetti and tomato-based sauces.
• Substitute 1 tbsp. Celery Flakes for 2 tbsp. chopped fresh celery in your favorite recipes.
