    My family loves this dinner. They always ask for more potatoes in it. Totally a family favorite!!

    This is my family's favorite. The only problem is that this is no longer sold in any of the local grocery stores where I live. It was so easy when you could buy the inspirations packs, but now I have to buy all of the seasons separate.

    I just made this last night. I used bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts cut in half, because that's what I had and my kids hate thighs. I also added 4 chopped carrots to make it more like a Sunday dinner. As it was baking, my kids were asking what smelled so good! They devoured this dish and my oldest took the leftovers for lunch the next day. This will definitely be made again in our household! The only other thing I would change is to use 1/2 Tsp. salt instead of a full teaspoon.
