Grill Mates® Mojito Lime Marinade
A zesty blend of peppers, garlic, oregano, and paprika and offers the authentic, legendary taste of the ol' Southwest.
Paprika And Other Spices (Including Red Pepper, Oregano, Thyme, And Black Pepper), Salt, Maltodextrin, Garlic, Onion, Sugar, And Silicon Dioxide (Added To Make Free Flowing).
2 tsp. dry mix (4.5g) (Seasons 1 tbsp. marinade)

1 package Grill Mates® Southwest Marinade
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 pounds beef*, chicken or pork
1. Mix Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade
3. Grill, broil or bake until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Discard remaining marinade.
Makes 1/2 cup marinade.
*Best with flank, sirloin, round or skirt steak.
Southwest Dry Rub: Combine Marinade Mix with 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Rub on pork ribs, loin roast or chicken. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Grill, broil or bake.
