Grill Mates® Southwest Marinade
A full-bodied blend of garlic, savory herbs, spices and beer.
Garlic, Salt, Onion, Spices And Herbs (Including Black Pepper, Red Pepper, And Paprika), Orange Peel, Green Bell Pepper, And Beer (Malted Barley, Corn Syrup, Hops, Yeast).

Backyard Brew Marinade
Makes 3/4 cup marinade.
1 package Grill Mates® Backyard Brew Marinade
1/2 cup beer or water
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons white or apple cider vinegar
2 pounds chicken, beef, pork or shrimp
1. Mix Marinade Mix, beer, oil and vinegar in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. (Marinate seafood no longer than 30 minutes). Remove from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill or broil until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Discard any remaining marinade.
Honey Mustard Marinade: Prepare marinade as directed, adding 2 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard. If desired, add 1 teaspoon McCormick® Caraway Seed.
