Sour Cream Pound Cake

2/3 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 tbsp. McCormick® Imitation Vanilla Butter & Nut Flavor
2 cups flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. baking soda
BEAT butter, sugar and sour cream in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in Flavor. Gradually beat in flour and baking soda on low speed until well mixed. Pour into greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
BAKE in preheated 325°F oven 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
