Buttery Cupcakes
An imitation butter flavor used to simulate the taste of butter in baking recipes.
Buttery Cupcakes Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes 1 pkg. (18 1/4 oz.) white cake mix 1 1/3 cups water 3 egg whites 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tsp. McCormick® Imitation Butter Flavor 1 tsp. McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract BEAT all ingredients in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just to moisten. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups. BAKE in preheated 350°F oven 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Remove from pans. Cool on wire racks. Makes 2 dozen.
