6 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, such as red bell pepper strips, yellow squash or zucchini slices, asparagus pieces and thinly sliced red onion
2 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Vegetable Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 minutes.
2. Sprinkle with Seasoning; cook and stir 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
