DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place tomato halves, cut sides up, in 15x10x1-inch foil-lined pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
2. Mix Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, garlic powder, pepper and 1/4 cup of the olive oil in small bowl until well blended. Spoon olive oil mixture over tomato halves. Drizzle tomatoes with remaining olive oil.
3. Bake 45 to 60 minutes until tomatoes are soft and brown on top.
