INGREDIENTS
8 asparagus spears, ends trimmed
1 medium red bell pepper, cut lengthwise into 6 strips
1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut lengthwise into 6 strips
1 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices
1 medium yellow squash, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices
1 small red onion, cut into 1/2-inch rounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Garlic & Onion Medley Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
1. Place vegetables in large bowl. Drizzle oil over vegetables; toss to coat. Add Seasoning; toss to coat well.
2. Place vegetables in grill basket, grill rack or thread onto skewers.
3. Grill over medium heat about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning frequently.
