Cook Time: 8 hours on LOW plus 20 minutes on HIGH
INGREDIENTS
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 package McCormick® Slow Cookers Chicken Noodle Soup Seasoning
5 cups water
2 cups refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. Place chicken and vegetables in slow cooker.
2. Mix Seasoning Mix and water until blended. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Cover.
3. Cook 8 hours on LOW. Stir in tortellini. Cover. Cook 20 minutes longer on HIGH or until tortellini are tender. Add spinach 1 minute before cooking is completed.
Tips
Slow Cooker Tip: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
