Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

Roast the potatoes in the oven with your chicken, beef or pork roast for a fuss-free dinner.

Makes 6 servings.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds red potatoes, cut in wedges
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Salt Free Savory All-Purpose Seasoning

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl. Add Seasoning; toss until evenly coated.

2. Spread potatoes in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

3. Roast 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown, turning potatoes halfway through cook time.
