2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon chopped shallots
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, well drained
2 tablespoons chicken broth
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Paprika, Smoked
1/2 teaspoon salt
McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
Heat 2 teaspoons of the oil in small skillet on medium-high heat. Add shallots; cook and stir 2 minutes or until tender.
Transfer shallots to food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Process until smooth.
