INGREDIENTS

Servings: 8 (2 tablespoons)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pickled peaches, from DIY Fresh Peach Ginger Vinegar (see Cooking Tip for recipe link)
  • 1/4 cup Stubbs® Sweet Heat Bar-B-Q Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons DIY Peach Ginger Vinegar, (see Cooking Tip for recipe link)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 serrano chilies, stemmed and seeded

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix all ingredients except chilies in small saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Stir in chilies.
  • 2 Pour mixture into blender container or food processor; cover. Process until smooth.
