Mole Poblano is an authentic Mexican sauce made of ground chiles, spices and chocolate served over meat. It is the best known of all mole varieties. Mole Poblano originated in the state of Puebla in Mexico.
Mix all ingredients in small saucepan with whisk until well blended.
Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until mole is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. (Mole will thicken upon standing) Serve over chicken or enchiladas with rice and beans. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds, if desired.
