INGREDIENTS
1 package McCormick® Pesto Sauce Mix
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons oil
8 ounces penne or rotini pasta, cooked and drained
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes or 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut into thin strips
4 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Stir Sauce Mix, water and oil in small saucepan until well blended. Cook on medium heat 1 minute or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly.
2. Toss pasta with pesto sauce in serving bowl. Add tomatoes, vinegar and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat well. Cover.
3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
