Quick Slaw

Using packaged coleslaw mix makes this slaw quick and easy.

Serves: Makes 6 (2/3-cup) servings.

  • Mix all ingredients, except coleslaw mix, in large bowl. Add coleslaw mix; toss to coat well. Cover.

  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until ready to serve.

    This recipe is awesome. Easy to make and it has a nice vinegar taste but not overpowering. We put a little on our pulled chicken sandwiches. It was great and easy to make.
