A quick, flavorful way to enjoy your veggies.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 small red onion, sliced
1 small yellow squash, sliced
1 small zucchini, sliced
4 ounces asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Vegetable Seasoning
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with Seasoning; cook and stir 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Flavorful & easy to make. I cut pita bread in half, heated the bread, lined the pita with a middle eastern garlic paste & put the veggies in! Yummy for your tummy. PEACE
