1 1/4 cups cut-up carrots
1 1/4 cups cut-up red onions
1 1/4 cups cut-up butternut squash
1 1/4 cups cut-up potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
1 package McCormick® Toasted Onion & Garlic Potato Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss vegetables with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with Seasoning; toss again to coat well.
Spread vegetables in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
