This colorful vegetable medley is perfect any time of the year.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium yellow squash, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon McCormick® Onions, Minced
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add yellow squash, zucchini, bell pepper and minced onions; cook and stir 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with garlic salt, oregano and pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
