A spice trio of oregano, thyme and garlic makes these roasted potatoes a healthier alternative to mashed potatoes.

1 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves
3/4 teaspoon Sea Salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
2 pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix oregano, paprika, thyme, sea salt and garlic powder in small bowl. Set aside.

Wonderful and healthier then mashed potatoes cant wait to go cook a pan up . Lol
I think this is an excellent side dish. I made 3 lbs of potatoes and there were 5 people at dinner. I thought we would have tons of leftovers, but they were the first thing gone! This is a fantastic alternative to buttery, creamy potatoes as the olive oil and spices are just as good but less fattening! Thanks!
