Transform tomatoes into a delicious side dish by dipping slices in a tangy dressing, coating in panko bread crumbs and baking until crisp and browned.
1/2 cup unseasoned panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning , divided
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
3 large plum tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices (about 20 slices)
Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix panko, Parmesan cheese and 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning in shallow bowl. Mix vinegar, honey and remaining 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning in another bowl. Dip each slice of tomato into vinegar mixture then coat in panko mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until coating is lightly browned.
