Quick and easy roasted asparagus needs just a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of Perfect Pinch® Salt Free Garlic Pepper Seasoning. Photo credit: Ali Ebright from Gimme Some Oven.
2 pounds medium asparagus (about 35 spears), ends trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Salt Free Garlic Pepper Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place asparagus in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Drizzle asparagus with oil; roll to coat. Sprinkle with Seasoning; roll to coat.
Roast 10 minutes or until asparagus are tender-crisp, turning once.

I eat very few cooked veggies but love roasted asparagus. Try a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan and a little less garlic as an alternative.
