- Mix flour and salt in medium bowl. Add water and food color; mix well.
- Pour mixture into squeeze bottles or plastic bag. Cut a tiny hole in one corner of the bag.
Cooking Tips
To neatly fill plastic bag with paint, insert bag into small drinking glass. Fold top of bag over glass edge like a cuff. Spoon mixture into bag and seal.
