Add a touch of white wine and olive oil to McCormick® Seafood Rub and you have a rub with a distinctive flavor blend for salmon.
1 pound salmon fillets
4 teaspoons McCormick® Herb with Lemon Seafood Rub
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
Mix Seafood Rub, oil and wine in small bowl. Spread evenly over top of salmon.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
Grilling Directions: Prepare salmon as directed. Grill over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
