Wine Herb and Lemon Seafood Rub for Salmon

Add a touch of white wine and olive oil to McCormick® Seafood Rub and you have a rub with a distinctive flavor blend for salmon.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

  • Mix Seafood Rub, oil and wine in small bowl. Spread evenly over top of salmon.

  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Cooking tip

Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.  

Grilling Directions: Prepare salmon as directed. Grill over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
