1 can (14 1/2 ounces) petite diced tomatoes, drained
3 tablespoons capers
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons McCormick® Basil Leaves
1 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Red Pepper, Crushed
1 teaspoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon McCormick® California Style Garlic Pepper with Red Bell and Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Mustard, Ground
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves
For the Salsa, mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
For the Chicken, mix Italian seasoning, garlic pepper and mustard in shallow dish. Rub seasonings onto chicken to coat evenly.
Coat large nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray. Heat pan over medium heat. Cook chicken 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve chicken with Salsa.
If chicken breasts are large, remove tenders. Or, butterfly thick pieces by slicing in half horizontally, then cut into two pieces.
