Mix ground beef, onion, Seasoning and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
Broil or grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
Serve burgers on toasted rolls with desired toppings and condiments.
Variation: Add 2 tablespoons ketchup to the ground beef mixture.
Steak Sliders: Shape ground beef mixture into 8 patties. Cook as directed. Serve burgers on small dinner rolls.
Steak Cheeseburgers: Top burgers with Cheddar or American cheese slices 1 minute before cooking is completed.
