Prepare Oven Roasted Tomatoes.
Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well.
Place half of the roasted tomatoes and olive oil in large bowl; coarsely mash tomatoes. Add pasta and remaining roasted tomatoes; toss to coat. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
