Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup McCormick® Santa Fe Style Seafood Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons canned chopped green chiles
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Place fish in lightly greased baking dish.
  • 2 Mix Seafood Sauce, chiles and orange peel in small bowl. Pour over fish.
  • 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with rice, if desired.

Swap the salmon for swordfish or mahi mahi.
