Pork tenderloin's mild flavor pairs well with a seasoning rub that includes brown sugar and McCormick® Smoked Paprika.
1 pork tenderloin, 1 pound
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon McCormick® Paprika, Smoked
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pork on foil-lined baking pan. Brush pork with oil. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Rub evenly on pork.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until pork is desired doneness.
