- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 package McCormick® Italian Chicken with Basil & Garlic Skillet Sauce
- 4 submarine rolls
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes.
- 2 Stir in Skillet Sauce. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until steak is desired doneness and vegetables are tender. Serve steak and vegetables in rolls.
