Found on many restaurant menus, this salad is easy to prepare at home with packaged Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing and seasoned grilled shrimp. Photo credit: Nicole Shoemaker from Cooking for Keeps.
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper Seasoning
1 package (10 ounces) torn Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup McCormick® Salad Toppins™ Roasted Garlic Caesar
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
Brush shrimp with oil. Sprinkle with Seasoning.
Grill shrimp over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink.
Toss lettuce, Salad Toppins and Parmesan cheese in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Divide salad evenly among 4 serving plates. Top each salad with grilled shrimp.
