For a fast and flavorful fish dish, start with McCormick® Santa Fe Style Seafood Sauce.
1 pound tilapia fillets
1/2 cup McCormick® Santa Fe Style Seafood Sauce
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place fish in lightly greased baking dish. Pour Seafood Sauce over fish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Substitute red snapper, striped bass, flounder or sole for the tilapia. Round out the meal with Black Beans and Rice.
