1 tablespoon McCormick® Sage, Rubbed
1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
1 whole chicken (4 pounds)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix sage, seasoned salt and pepper. Sprinkle seasoning under skin and all over chicken. Place on rack in roasting pan.
Roast 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is cooked through.
