This family-favorite meat loaf has all the flavors of pizza -- basil, oregano, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Photo credit: Julie Deily from The Little Kitchen.
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 package McCormick® Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
1 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
1 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients, except pizza sauce and cheese, in large bowl until well blended.
Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with pizza sauce.
Bake 55 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cooked through.

Substitution Tip: Use 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread) in place of the dry bread crumbs.
