Tuna cakes, served on lettuce leaves or rolls, make a light lunch. Serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce on the side.
1 package OLD BAY® Tuna Classic® Cake Mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked OR 12 ounces fresh tuna, cooked and flaked
2 tablespoons relish
McCormick® Original Tartar Sauce for Seafood
Mix Classic Mix and mayonnaise in large bowl. Add tuna; gently toss until well mixed. Stir in relish. Shape into 4 patties.
Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until browned, turning once. Serve on rolls with tartar sauce, if desired.
