Brighten up pork chops with a fresh mango salsa. Try recipe with boneless skinless chicken breasts or salmon fillets.
1 large ripe mango, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Salt Free Fiesta Citrus Seasoning
6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
2 tablespoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Salt Free Fiesta Citrus Seasoning
For the Salsa, mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
For the Pork Chops, sprinkle pork chops with Seasoning.
Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve with Mango Salsa.
Try also with McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Salt Free Southwest Sweet 'n Smoky Seasoning.

I really wanted to make this dish however I could not find the Fiesta Citrus seasoning in my area. So I used the Smokehouse seasoning along with the mango salsa. It was still good but I think that the flavour of the mango was made to go along with the Fiesta Citrus flavour.

Very good and very easy. We like a lot of salsa, so I made more than the recipe calls for. We'll definitely have this again soon.
