McCormick® Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix is the secret to a hearty, homemade meat loaf that your whole family will enjoy.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended.

  • Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired.

  • Bake 1 hour or until cooked through.

Cooking tip

Mini Meat Loaves: Use 1/2 cup ketchup in place of milk. Shape meat mixture into 8 loaves. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon additional ketchup over top. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through. Makes 8 servings.

Test Kitchen Tip: To reduce sodium, prepare meat loaf with McCormick® 30% Less Sodium Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix and no salt added ketchup or tomato sauce.

Substitution Tip: Use 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread) in place of the dry bread crumbs.

    I like to add some Italian spices,leave out the ketchup, And add Parmesan or Romano cheese.
