1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons McCormick® Herb with Lemon Seafood Rub
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 pound salmon fillets
Mix all ingredients, except salmon, in small bowl. Spread evenly over salmon.
Grill salmon, skin-side down, over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
