Gluten-Free Turkey Gravy Mix enhances the flavor of turkey burgers. Include these savory burgers as an option at your cookout.
1 pound ground turkey
1 package McCormick® Gluten-Free Turkey Gravy Mix
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons McCormick® Onions, Minced
4 large iceberg lettuce leaves
Mix ground turkey, Gravy Mix, parsley and minced onions in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
Serve burgers in lettuce leaves with desired toppings and condiments.
