Ground chicken is seasoned with Asian flavors then wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves. Add crunch and color by including toppings such as shredded carrots, red bell pepper and peanuts.
2 tablespoons oil
1 pound ground chicken
3/4 cup water
1 package McCormick® Gluten-Free Turkey Gravy Mix
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ginger, Ground
1 teaspoon sugar
6 large iceberg lettuce leaves
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add ground chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in water, Gravy Mix, vinegar, garlic, ginger and sugar. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and most of liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
Spoon chicken mixture into center of each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Fold sides of lettuce over filling and roll up to serve.
Serving Suggestion: Top chicken mixture with shredded carrots, thin red bell pepper strips, chopped peanuts, chopped fresh cilantro or chopped green onions before rolling up.

Be careful with rice vinegar, it often contains wheat (I learned this the hard way)! Make sure it is a gluten free variety.
