Keep frozen peeled shrimp on hand in your freezer so you can prepare this quick and easy dish anytime.
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
1 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown.) Add shrimp and Seasoning; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve over cooked pasta or rice, if desired.

Delicious! The perfect pinch was stronger than I expected... better than just lemon pepper.
